FORECAST UPDATE: Weather improving and warming

1. Much nicer weather Wednesday
–After another chilly early morning, we see a temperature turn-around Wednesday. Lows begin around 40° but ample sunshine helps spike those tamperatures quickly. We rise toward the mid-60s by noon and climb into the upper 60s for afternoon highs. The day is looking dry with plenty of sunshine and a few scattered clouds.

2. Low rain chances Wednesday night
–A weak frontal boundary will sink through the area Wednesday evening and into the night. There will be a lot of dry air in place which presents a challenge for rain to reach the ground. That said, there will be a low chance for some sprinkles or light rain starting around/after sunset Wednesday evening into the early morning hours Thursday.

3. Best chance for some steady rain comes Friday
–A storm system is expected to work through the area Friday. This brings the best chance for some steadier rain to the area. Friday is looking like steady rain for the morning commute. That will be followed by scattered showers through the afternoon with a chance for a few thunderstorms, too.

BONUS: Temperatures continue to warm
–We return to highs around 70° Thursday and then jump to lower to mid-70s Friday. Highs remain around 70° Saturday and then climb to the 80s by Sunday.
