YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – Youngstown Police charged two people with possession of drugs on Thursday afternoon after a traffic stop.

Police say Tyrell Hollis, 22, committed a traffic violation that almost caused an accident.

YPD reports that Hollis did not initially pull over when police pursued him. Officers say they observed him repeatedly leaning over to the passenger seat.

Hollis then pulled into the Community Corrections Association parking lot at Marion Ave. and Market St.

When searching the car, police say they found cocaine, heroin, marijuana, a handgun and $5,000 cash on Hollis’ passenger, Bianca Pressley, 21. Police say she claimed all of the items were Hollis’.

Both Hollis and Pressley are charged with possession of drugs, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and tampering with evidence.

Hollis is also charged with driving under suspension and was issued a traffic citation, along with failure to comply with order or signal of police.
