YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- A traffic alert to pass along to drivers Saturday morning.
If you’re driving through Youngstown, starting at 8 a.m., Boardman Street between Phelps Street and Hazel Street will be closed so crews can work on exterior lighting on City Hall.
It’s expected to reopen by 4 p.m.
