YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A suspected drug dealer and his wife who police say tried to flush 100 grams of heroin down the toilet have been indicted on drug charges by a Mahoning County grand jury.
According to the indictment, Rolando Pena-Gomez and Michelle Natalia Rosario are charged with trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in heroin, tampering with evidence and possession of heroin.
The couple was charged after the U.S. Marshals searched their Youngstown home last week. Police said drugs were found during that search.
