WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – Warren Police arrested a man who they said was running over geese with a four wheeler in Packard Park Friday evening.

Officers received a call around 7 p.m. and said they found one dead goose when they arrived at the park.

They saw 18-year-old Paul Harvey illegally driving a four wheeler on Summit Street, according to the police report.

Police said they attempted to pull Harvey over, but he took off toward Tod Avenue.

Officers chased him as he drove through yards, until they said they saw him running on Mason Street. At that point, they started chasing Harvey on foot and caught him in a backyard on Hillsdale Drive.

He was taken into custody for illegally driving the four wheeler on the road and fleeing from the police.

Harvey told officers that he was on probation for an incident where he recklessly crashed a vehicle into a home.

He is charged with failure to comply, obstructing official business and driving under suspension or license restriction.
