Mark Cratch, 38, will be sent back to Norfolk, Virginia to face charges

STRUTHERS, Ohio (WYTV) – The man accused of raping a handicapped child in Virginia waived an extradition hearing on Tuesday.

Mark Cratch, 38, will be sent back to Norfolk, Virginia to face charges.

U.S. Marshals arrested Cratch at a house in the 100 block of Sexton Street in Struthers, where they said he was hiding in a closet.

Cratch was wanted on a warrant out of Norfolk, Virginia, on multiple charges of raping the child, who is under 13 years old.
