WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – Students from all 20 schools in Trumbull County participated in an academic competition at Lordstown High School on Saturday.
The competition challenged them to answer questions from all areas of study.
“We showcase academic talent here, and it’s a nice way for them to compete friendly against each other,” said Jaclyn Rausch, supervisor at Trumbull County Educational Service Center.
There were three rounds in the competition. The first was a category round, followed by an alphabet round and finally, the lightning round.
The event is organized and sponsored by Trumbull County Educational Service Center volunteers.
