STRUTHERS, Ohio (WYTV) – Struthers’ fire chief resigned Monday morning.
Bill Simcox was with the department for 31 years and spent the last three years as chief.
Struther Mayor Catherine “Cat” Cercone Miller said it was for personal reasons, but could not comment beyond that.
She appointed Mike Agnone as interim chief for the time being.
