FARRELL, Pa. (WYTV) – Sharon Police took a man into custody Monday morning, reporting that he was driving around with suspected heroin-using materials.
Police charged Kyle Cheza, 46, with recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to Sharon Police Lieutenant Mark Johnson, police received calls about two vehicles that seemed to be in a chase Monday morning. Cheza was driving one of them when police say they pulled him over and found two unused hypodermic needles and a spoon with suspected heroin residue.
Police believe that before being pulled over, Cheza approached a man, said he owed him money, and smashed his rear window before leading him on a chase.
Cheza was arraigned and taken to the Mercer County Jail, according to police.
