YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A second suspect has been arrested, wanted in connection to a shooting and assault in Youngstown.

Wayne Martin, 34, is charged with felonious assault, retaliation, kidnapping and aggravated robbery.

Police said Wayne Martin was a passenger in a car driven by Terrell Martin, who was arrested in connection to shots fired at a man near Garfield Street and Overland Avenue.

The alleged victim told police that Wayne and Terrell Martin had assaulted him earlier that week. He said the two fired shots at him as he was driving and chased in through the city.

Terrell Martin appeared in Youngstown Municipal Court on Wednesday, and his bond was set at $50,000. Wayne Martin, who was arrested at his home on Wednesday, is in Mahoning County Jail awaiting a court hearing.
