Santa makes early house calls in East Palestine with help from fire department

One of Santa's helpers said he plans on making several more stops throughout the village later in the week

EAST PALESTINE, Ohio (WYTV) – Some sweet holiday spirit was spread throughout the Village of East Palestine Tuesday night!

With a little help from his friends at the fire department, Santa was escorted around town to see the kids.

Viewers Becky Smith and Jennifer Albert sent WYTV News Anchor/Reporter Lindsey Watson a couple of videos.

Several other parents sent in messages thanking the fire department for the surprise visit.

If you missed Santa, don’t worry! One of Santa’s helpers said he plans on making several more stops throughout the village later in the week.
