CAMPBELL, Ohio (WKBN) – A New Castle woman is facing charges after a rollover crash in Campbell sent her to the hospital Friday morning.
The crash happened just before 3 a.m. on Bright Avenue.
According to a police report, an officer reported smelling alcohol from the vehicle and said the driver, identified in a police report as 33-year-old April Bigley, admitted to having a “few drinks” at a local bar prior to the crash.
The officer also reported finding a bag containing clear white powder, which tested positive for cocaine.
Bigley told police that the drugs belonged to someone else, according to the report.
Crews took the driver to the hospital to get checked out. She faces OVI and drug possession charges, according to the report.
