MERCER, Pa. (WYTV) – Interstate 80 westbound in Mercer County was closed from Exit 4A (Route 376 East/New Castle) to the Ohio state line due to a truck fire.

The road reopened just before 2:30 p.m.

PennDOT says its crews are treating the roadways, but they are not completely clear of ice and snow. It says drivers can check the road conditions, as well as any possible traffic delays, at www.511PA.com.

511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional Twitter alerts accessible on the 511PA website.
