WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a shooting in Warren Sunday morning.
Police were called to the 600 block of Lener Avenue SW just after 4 a.m. in Warren.
According to a press release, police found James Chapman, 34, dead on the scene. They also found a second victim with a gunshot wound. That woman was taken to the hospital.
Officers arrested Kashaun Robin Williams, 29, who was taken to the Trumbull County Jail.
