MERCER, Pa. (WKBN) – Pennsylvania State Police have arrested two people after their small child had walked nearly half a mile to a local hardware store alone.
PSP says the child was found with no shoes on wandering the store. Police say this was not the first time the boy walked away from home.
The parents were arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of the children.
