COLUMBUS, Ohio (WYTV) – Ohio Inspector Geeneral Randall Meyer Monday accused an Ohio Lottery Commission employee of stealing over $100,000 in lottery tickets, according to a press release.

The release stated that David Dragelevich, a regional sales representative at the Ohio Lottery Commission office in North Canton, stole over $100,000 in lottery tickets by manipulating the Ohio Lottery retailer accounts at various locations in the Akron and Youngstown areas.

During an Ohio State Highway Patrol interview, Dragelevich admitted to cashing stolen lottery tickets on his own and with accomplices.

A Mahoning County Grand Jury has indicted Dragelevich and a criminal prosecution is now pending before the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
