Mineral Ridge celebrates first football game with renovated stadium

MINERAL RIDGE, Ohio (WKBN) – A special football game kicked off Friday night at Mineral Ridge.

They had their very first game at their newly renovated stadium.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held before kickoff at Joe Lane Stadium.

The $715,000 project included an artificial turf field and upgrades to stadium lights and the press box.
