A Mathews school resource officer has been charged and arrested about two weeks after being placed on leave.
Mike Sheehy is facing charges of theft, possessing criminal tools and theft in office. He was booked in the Trumbull County Jail Monday night.
The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation has been investigating.
Before he was placed on leave, the superintendent passed information on to Vienna Township police about some type of alleged conflict that did not involve students.
