TRUMBULL CO., Ohio (WYTV) – Power is back on in Trumbull County after a massive outage overnight.

At one point, First Energy reported more than 10,000 customers in the dark.

Cortland and Bazetta Township were the hardest-hit areas.

First Energy officials said they’re working to find out what caused the outage. They think it might be related to a power line that feeds into several substations.

The outage was fixed in two hours and in some cases, even sooner.
