YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – John Dellick, son of Mahoning County Juvenile Court Judge Theresa Dellick, is scheduled to be in court Monday afternoon for a hearing on whether he violated the terms of his probation.
John Dellick turned himself into parole agents Friday after someone found a gun in a Boardman hotel room where he was staying.
Dellick was not allowed to be around guns, as a condition of his previous assault conviction.
A visiting judge from Harrison County is handling the case.
In Feb. 2015, a judge sentenced Dellick to probation and community service after he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in an October 2013 road rage incident and simple assault in another case involving his former girlfriend.
