LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) – Some people in one Columbiana County village are getting into the Halloween spirit.
Dozens of scarecrows are on display in the center of Lisbon across from the Columbiana County Courthouse. A number of them were designed and put together by local school students while some others were created by local community groups.
The scarecrows and other decorations will be on display through October 31.
