A physician who practices in the Youngstown area has agreed to pay nearly $900,000 to the IRS.
Federal prosecutors say William Houser, Jr. admitted in court that he failed to pay taxes for his employees over a five-year period.
Houser pleaded guilty to one count of failing to pay taxes.
As part of his plea deal, Houser agreed to make restitution to the IRS of close to $900,000.
He’s set to be sentenced in March.
