Leetonia man charged with having child porn

LEETONIA, Ohio (WKBN) – Police arrested a Leetonia man Tuesday, charging that he had child pornography, according to a representative with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

Leetonia Police, along with officers from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office of Crimes Against Children, arrested Lucas Ippolito, 41, with 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, according to Ohio Attorney General’s Office Representative Jill Del Greco.

Police served a search warrant at Ippolito’s home, removing multiple computers and other media storage devices, Del Greco said.

Police began investigating Ippolito in January, according to Del Greco.
