Jewish Valley temples merge

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Two area Jewish congregations will combine into one.

One temple on Elm street in Youngstown is welcoming the other congregation from Glenwood Avenue in Boardman.

They’ll welcome both congregations under a new name at the Elm street temple.

Officials with the new temple say the memories of the two congregations will be preserved and enhanced for the future.
