Ohio Department of Transportation crews worked all morning to pump water off the northbound lanes of the highway, near South Avenue.

The ramps at South Avenue and Himrod Avenue were closed to keep drivers off that portion of the highway.

All lanes of I-680 re-opened about 10 a.m. after being closed all night.

Other closures included:

  • Albert and Bell streets
  • One lane of Wychwood Lane and Southern Boulevard are closed because of a tree that fell down
