PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WKBN) – A man from Hermitage will be on probation for three years after pleading guilty to illegally importing and selling drugs not approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
Emil Koledin operated a business out of his home called Koledin Enterprises, Inc.
Prosecutors said the illegal drugs were made in Russia and China and sold on his website AwakeBrain.com.
The website said the drugs were “memory enhancers.”
As part of his sentence, Koledin also has to pay a $10,000 fine.
