Flooding closes road in northwestern Mahoning County

JACKSON TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – Flooding in Jackson Township caused some problems for a nearby FedEx facility as part of N. Bailey Road remains closed Thursday morning.

The flooding is on N. Bailey Road, just north of Interstate 76, right in front of the FedEx facility.

The flooding prevented about half a dozen FedEx trucks from getting into the driveway. Police were there Wednesday night to help out.

The road has been closed since about 5 p.m. Wednesday.

At one point, our crew said the water appeared to be about knee-deep.
