Crews fight massive vacant house fire in Campbell

The fire was so intense, a house adjacent to the fire was also damaged

CAMPBELL, Ohio (WYTV) – Crews fought a vacant house fire in Campbell Tuesday evening.

It started at the house on 6th Street around 5:30 p.m.

Firefighters said they just let it burn, but they sprayed the surrounding area with water so trees didn’t catch on fire.

The fire was so intense, a house adjacent to the fire was also damaged.

No one was hurt and firefighters don’t yet know what caused it.

The house is just blocks from the Campbell Fire Department.
