EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WYTV) – Talks between the nurses union and East Liverpool City Hospital administration resumed Tuesday.
Last month, nurses went on strike for three days after their contract expired. They later returned to work without a contract.
Talks Tuesday are happening behind closed doors.
