YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A puppy was found dead Thursday morning in Youngstown.
A city litter and recycling crew found the white pit bull terrier mix in a trash bag on Willow Street.
The dog warden believes the dog had been hit by a car.
Its collar and harness had no identification.
