YOUNGTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A Boardman man is facing several charges after police said he killed another man in a drunk-driving crash.

Raymond Johnson, Jr. was indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury on aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI charges.

In August, Johnson drove off the right side of Sheridan Road around 6:30 a.m. and flipped the vehicle over, police said. His passenger, 21-year-old Johnathan Watters, was thrown from the car and died from his injuries.

Police said Johnson had been drinking and was speeding at the time of the crash.
