Police named Jayquawn Manigault, 22, of Youngstown in the arrest warrant and charged him with aggravated robbery.

According to the warrant, Manigault walked into the bank at 2900 Market Street about 9 a.m. Tuesday and said that he wanted to open an account. As he was sitting at a desk to complete paperwork, he asked to call his mother and placed a phone call from a bank phone.
