Wilmington schools close campus, postpone activities following possible COVID-19 exposure


Two staff members reported experiencing symptoms of COVID-19


WILMINGTON, Pa. (WYTV) – Wilmington Area School District has closed its campus and postponed all activities involving the school following concerns about potential COVID-19 exposure.

According to a message from district officials, the district was informed two staff members have recently experienced symptoms identified with COVID-19.

The staff members voluntarily submitted to testing and will share the results with district officials.
