BOARDMAN, Ohio (WYTV) – Too many people have high blood pressure, but lowering it can be done with changes in nutrition and lifestyle.

Dr. Shayesteh said one in three American adults have high blood pressure and two-thirds of them don’t even know it. He said high blood pressure is the number one cause of stroke and heart disease.
