United Way of Trumbull County has recruited Captain McFinn, Scrappy and Chuck E Cheese to lead the way during their second annual “Great Pumpkin” TRICK-OR-TREAT.

Kids are invited to dress in their favorite Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat from vendors through the Classroom Building halls. Kent State and Warren-Trumbull Libraries will read enchanted Halloween stories that will be projected on the big screen in Lecture Hall B. The café will have Dunkin’ Donuts and hot apple cider available for purchase, with additional vendors available.
