Mike Sypert: Boardman Football

A 2-year starter on both the offensive and defensive lines, Mike had a huge game in the first round of the playoffs. The senior nose tackle recorded 3 sacks in Boardman's 14-7 upset victory at Euclid. And, as the starting left guard, the Spartans scored both of their touchdowns running behind his blocks.

Sypert was named to the All Federal League Second Team this season while earning his 3rd letter as a team captain.

Mike is a 3.8 student and a member of both the Italian National Honor Society and National Honor Society. He is also involved with SADD and Key Club.
