Jim Loboy is the morning meteorologist on Daybreak.  A Valley native, Loboy is a Youngstown State University alumnus and earned his meteorology certification from Mississippi State University.  Prior to joining the Daybreak morning team, Loboy often stepped in to lend his expertise in weather for WYTV.  Early in Jim’s career he could be heard on local radio station WHOT-FM.

Jim loves the Valley and giving back to the area, which is why you can find him assisting many local charities on a regular basis.
