The city of Youngstown saw its 16th homicide of the year early this morning. 25 year old Ricardo Moctezuma of Youngstown was killed and three others were injured in a shooting at the El Tropical Bar on Poland Avenue. Police reports show a fight broke out inside the bar just before 2-AM. That's when the shooter exited the back of the bar...he then went to the front of the bar where the victim was standing and shot him...the assailant also shot three women in the process. They were taken to St. Elizabeth's' Health Center. So far there are no suspects.
