Workers hit the picket lines outside of the business on North River Road on Wednesday morning.

Workers tell us that the employees wanted to join the United Sheet metal union Local 33, but problems arose between the workers and the company.

"They don't like their wages, they don't like having to pay for their benefits out of pocket.  It got back to the company pretty quickly, and some of them got into trouble.  Things were said about shutting the company down...different things of that nature.", explains Shane Vermilye, with the United Sheet metal Workers Local 33.

Company officials have not been reached for comment.
