Officials say a City Concrete truck and a passenger car collided, sending two people to the hospital.  That intersection was blocked for about an hour as crews cleaned up the debris.

The Coroner reports that forty-three year old Amir Fareed of Youngstown died after being taken to the hospital.  Fareed was killed after his car collided with a cement truck yesterday afternoon at the corner of Midlothian and Glenwood.

Police say another person was also hurt, but there is no word on a condition.

The investigation continues into the cause of the crash.
