Police now say a drunk driver is to blame for an accident last night in Mercer County...involving a horse-drawn buggy. Officials say Jennifer Crenshaw crossed over the center line on Route-358 in Perry Township...hitting a utility pole and then slamming into an Amish buggy. All five people in the buggy were thrown out..Two occupants were taken to Saint E's while three others were transported to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. Crenshaw suffered minor injuries and will be charged with five counts of aggravated assault while driving under the influence.
