There's someone out there that doesn't think LaShawn Ziegler, the controversial owner of Benji Brown's Bar in Warren, should have legal representation.

Here's what a phone call made Wednesday to Zielger's attorney, Gil Rucker said, "You and than LaShawn (grayling) Ziegler need to fold up your tents and get out of this town because it's ridiculous. And you're a jack-`expletive' for defending him and I'm sick of you and him. And that `expletive' `expletive' Krager. You're all `expletive' `expletive'. Get the `expletive' out of this town and quit wasting our `expletive' time!"

Rucker states," I will not tolerate people who obviously have no understanding, that the only thing that makes this country great is people being able to exercise their constitutionally guaranteed rights. And lawyers who do that are a fundamental part of the fairness of this country. If he doesn't understand that, then he doesn't need to live here."

Rucker is taking the necessary steps to avoid any future complications and he will continue defending his client.
