Big changes are in store for gun owners in Ohio. Starting tomorrow, it'll be easier for residents to carry concealed guns. Changes to the state's concealed weapons law now allows permit holders to carry a gun out of view in a car as long as it's in a secure holster worn by the permit holder. The law previously required the gun to be in plain sight. Permit holders may also bring a gun onto school grounds, as long as they are in a car to pick up or drop off a child. Holders of liquor licenses who are also concealed weapons permit holders will also be able to carry a concealed gun onto their premises.
