In Warren....a carnival benefits foster parents and children....Families came out to the Children Services Center in Warren for a fun-filled afternoon at the fourth annual summer carnival. Kids got to play all sorts of games...while spending time with family members. All money raised at the carnival goes to the Foster Parent Association.
