if you saw smoke in Struthers today, don't worry, it was actually a planned fire.  Once a year, the Fire Department conducts a Live Burn to help train its newest members.  Today, Struthers firefighters burned this home on Center Street.  The Chief says Live Burns are important tools...giving those on the department a chance to work on their skills.
