Suspected Fuel Thief Arraigned

Larry Donaldson of North Bloomfield was arrested earlier this week -- almost a month after police found a specially-rigged trailer discovered on his property.
Hermitage police believe that trailer was used on three separate occassions to steal diesel fuel from storage tanks at a local gas station.
In court today, Donaldson made "not guilty" pleas to 7-counts -- including "theft by unlawful taking." He's due back in court again next week.
