One person was killed and another hospitalized after a car crash in Youngstown Friday morning.

Robert Randall, 21, was killed after he lost control of his vehicle at Market Street and Falls Avenue and hit a steel pole, said police.

Randall's passenger, Cameron Ruble, 20, is in stable condition.

Officials aren't sure how the accident happened but are not blaming road conditions.
