The United Way is again offering free help to families, students and seniors who need assistance with their taxes.
The second annual "Family Financial Fair" kicked-off the tax assistance program at MYCAP in downtown Youngstown this weekend.
Beginning on Saturday, the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Sites and Tax Counseling programs will be available at over a dozen locations throughout the county during tax season.
