For some, this holiday weekend did not get off to a good start.

Six suspected drunk drivers -- including one on a bike -- were cited in Boardman during a zero tolerance blitz program Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

Besides those charged with being impaired, police handed out tickets for two dozen other infractions, including six for driving with suspended licenses.

Police said they will continue to step up their OVI enforcement over the holidays.
