Art Youngstown recently started the Wrap the Arts Program. Last month, 37 artists hung 8 by 6 feet pieces of canvas on this fence along Wick Avenue.

But Saturday, neighbors reported three of the pieces missing. The co-founder of Art Youngstown said this won't stop them from continuing with the program.

"I was surprised and I feel sick and really sad because the artist put their heart into this," said Robert Dubec, of Art Youngstown. "And one of the artists, Tony Nicholas, brought his wife and two little children to see it for the first time, and it was one of the ones gone."

Dubec is asking whoever took the artwork to return them. He said they won't press charges, they just want the pieces given back to the city.
